P-51 MUSTANG
RENO AIR RACER "SUMTHIN' ELSE"
Begun in 1964, the Ren Air Racers feature extremely high performance aircraft on closed courses. Sumthin' Else was a modified P-51 Mustang raced at Reno by the late John Crocker. This propeller was removed from Sumthin' Else when it was damaged at an air show at Boeing Field in Seattle. Sumthin' Else is still flying today, although with new owners and a new name, "Kentucky Babe".
